Facebook Re-introduces Slingshot With A New Swipeable Tap Design

After incorporating the feedback from the users for Slingshot version 1.0, Facebook has re-introduced Slingshot with newer features that bring a new life to the app.

The New version will enrich the photo sharing experience by letting you respond to photos and see the freshest images from your friends with the new swipeable tap design.

Sharing is Faster

The new Slingshot comes with five filters and photo sharing is faster with two taps that let you share images, full-screen photos and looped videos. You have also got an added feature of captions and drawings.

See the Freshest Shots from the People You Follow
Every time you pull down the camera you’ll see a grid of the most recent content from the past day — shots only stick around for 24 hours or until they’re swiped away. The new Slingshot made it easier than ever to move between shots, reactions, people and the camera with our new swipeable tab design.

Reply to Any Shot with Private Photo and Video Reactions
You can now draw, add filters and creatively caption images giving you greater flexibility in responding to friends images.

Relive Your Day and Share Your Favorite Moments Out to Other Apps
You can now swipe through all the shots you’ve slung in the past day and share them out to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and many other apps.

Keep in Touch and Follow People Around the world
You can choose to follow people and favorite them to be informed about any new updates from them.
