Facebook Media has introduced Signal a Curation tool that lets users track topics that are of interest on Instagram and share stories across networks.
According to a blog post, Signal, for Facebook and Instagram, is a free discovery and curation tool for journalists who want to source, gather, and embed newsworthy content from Facebook and Instagram, across news, culture, entertainment, sports, and more—all in one place.
Signal lets you see Topics that are trending, with conversations that are surrounding the topic. With Signal users can discover the topics that are resonating with their target audience to quickly share posts and news about the trending topics.
Signal allows users to view stories on Instagram with location tags and topic related search and share the pictures of interest with relevant hashtags.
Signal allows users to embed any Facebook and Instagram post in their coverage by simply selecting and copying the post’s embed code.
